Sometimes it is hard distinguish needs from wants. Projecting yourself into the future with and without “that thing you need or want” and feeling how happy or unhappy you would be is a smart hack. Thanks for that Ben 🤟
Needs vs wants is definitely a blurry boundary. And it's so personal that no one else can tell you what it is. For example, I live in an urban environment with good public transport. So having a car is, for me, absolutely a want. That said, I can completely see how it is essential to other people who need it to work etc.
